About The Position

The Associate Director of School Programs and Services is responsible for staff leadership and supervision of assigned classrooms. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, program development and implementation, staff hiring and supervision, providing staff development and training, and facilitating communication among students, parents, and staff. The Associate Director of Student Services will work in collaboration with a peer Associate Director to provide quality educational services to students served at Krejci Academy and The Mansion High School.

Requirements

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a General Administrative, Principal or Type 75 endorsement required
• Five or more years in special education preferred
• Three years of leadership experience
• ISBE Director of Special Education license preferred
