This role builds on the Program Manager foundation with expanded ownership of regional performance, team development, partner strategy and cross-functional alignment. The Associate Director ensures high-quality program delivery while driving consistency, scalability, and long-term partner success across Southern California. The Associate Director will report directly to the Director of Partnership Success and work closely with Sales, Education, and Operations teams. This position is hybrid, with a mix of virtual and in-person engagements. Candidates must be available to travel as needed.
