About The Position
This role oversees the production editorial staff to ensure quality bookmaking for one or more imprints, managing the production-editing of approximately 15-25 original fiction and nonfiction titles per year, along with offset titles. The position requires technical proficiency in MS Word, Acrobat PDF markup tools, and title management systems, as well as the ability to train and mentor others.
