About The Position

Your Mission As Associate Director of Product, you are responsible for driving the successful development, launch, and live performance of mobile games at Solid State Studios. You will partner closely with an development teams to define and deliver product roadmaps, ensuring progress against key milestones through development, soft launch, and global releases. You will serve as a primary product interface between developers and other Activision teams, including Marketing, User Acquisition, Analytics, Partnerships, and Finance. You will oversee internal analytics efforts to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and share actionable insights with the development team. You will also research competitors, propose and evaluate A/B tests, and use data and analysis to drive ongoing improvements across titles. You’ll report to the Director of Product on a title. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or other relevant role
  • 2+ years of experience managing others
  • Ability to synthesize insights from analysis and research to inform product decisions
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Strong execution skills with a bias to action and a track record of improving metrics
  • Experience working on gameplay for a free-to-play mobile game

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using research to uncover player problems and opportunities
  • Experience working on Action and Strategy mobile games
  • Experience playing Call of Duty on PC/console/mobile
  • Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to define strategy and build a plan to hit goals
