As an Associate Director of Product Management - Applied Machine Learning (AML) at Best Buy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning products across various domains such as search, personalization, cybersecurity, and digital fraud. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, product management expertise, and deep technical knowledge. You will collaborate closely with product and business partners, machine learning scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and bring impactful machine learning products to fruition. Your strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset will be essential as you lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative ML products and services. In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both on-site at a Best Buy location and virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. However, it is important that you reside within a drivable distance to the office in Richfield, Minnesota. Your responsibilities will include working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define and track product requirements and milestones, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key project milestones. You will be expected to obsess over leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and create significant business value, ensuring that the products developed meet the needs of both the company and its customers.
