As the Associate Director, Portfolio and Operational excellence for the VCG Customer Communications Team, you'll lead the group that manages communications front door operations, as well as the operations of the systems that support all workflow management from campaign intake through execution for all marketing and transactional communications. You'll redefine what good requirements in an intake look like, realign processes around the definitions, document the new processes and retrain the submitters. You'll manage the implementation of a workflow management system leaning into reimagining operations for efficiency. It's in your nature to plan for the future and work within a process, but also to expect the unexpected, manage change and chaos with calm but firm resolve, bring your team and partners along with you, and live on the edge between principal and practical.
