The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) Cancer Center and Research Institute, in collaboration with the John D. Bower School of Population Health, is seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic leader to serve as the Associate Director of Population Health and Cancer Control. The Associate Director will provide strategic vision and leadership for the Cancer Center and Research Institute's population health and cancer control initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on reducing the cancer burden in Mississippi, a state with some of the highest cancer rates in the nation. The successful candidate will hold a joint appointment as Associate Director within the Cancer Center and Research Institute and a senior faculty position commensurate with their experience within the John D. Bower School of Population Health at UMMC. Cross/dual appointments in other UMMC Schools are available based on individual candidate qualifications.
