Job Summary Essen Health Care is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Operations to support and oversee operational performance across our Women’s Health, Endocrinology, and Nutrition service lines . This role is ideal for a healthcare operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and is passionate about improving access and outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Healthcare operations experience
• Proven experience managing or supporting clinical operations in an ambulatory or multi-specialty setting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple service lines and priorities simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Women’s Health , Endocrinology , and/or Nutrition services
• Background in value-based care, population health, or integrated healthcare systems
• Experience working within NYC-based healthcare organizations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Women’s Health, Endocrinology, and Nutrition programs
• Partner with clinical leadership to optimize workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, access to care, and operational efficiency
• Support program growth initiatives, new service launches, and process improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams, operations, finance, and executive leadership
