About The Position
Perdue Farms is hiring an Associate Director of Operations to support our Mt. Vernon, WA location. The purpose of this position is to manage the Company's processing plants/facilities so as to maximize profits, maintain consistent product quality and meet customer needs. Additionally responsible for directing the management teams to select, develop, and motivate personnel as well as assuring quality staffing at all levels of management while adhering to safety and ergonomic goals and objectives.
