About The Position

The Associate Director of Operations for High School Relations provides comprehensive support to the Executive Director and HSR team. This position is responsible for planning and managing departmental processes, event planning, providing faculty liaison support, overseeing the annual MOU process with partner schools, and managing the daily administrative functions of the office. The Associate Director serves as a central point of organization for HSR, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistent communication with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in program coordination, office management, or event planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based systems

  • Knowledge of concurrent enrollment, accreditation requirements (NACEP), and academic processes
  • Experience with Workday or other enterprise systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the High School Relations (HSR) office, including communication and administrative support.
  • Manage financial processes for the department through Workday and maintain accurate contact records.
  • Plan, organize, and execute HSR events such as orientations, professional development, and partner school meetings.
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, venues, catering, materials, and technology.
  • Develop event communications, track attendance, and collect feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance tracking for Faculty Liaisons and support accreditation documentation.
  • Coordinate annual MOU process with partner schools, ensuring timely review and signatures.
  • Serve as primary contact for inquiries and maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
  • Monitor departmental deadlines, maintain calendars, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Support budget tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing as assigned.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
