This position provides leadership in program administration, student advising, and continuous improvement for the EdD program. The role manages daily operations, supports faculty and students, and ensures effective coordination across university departments. The position also contributes to program planning, assessment, and development initiatives that strengthen visibility, reputation, and student success.

  • Design, develop, and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal policies
  • Oversee program budgets, contracts, and grants; monitor expenditures and prepare reports
  • Supervise and coordinate personnel supporting the program
  • Advise EdD students on program requirements, milestones, and degree progress, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with faculty and the Program Director on planning, instruction, and addressing student needs
  • Coordinate student services with administrative staff and other university departments
  • Organize events and activities that support student engagement, professional development, and alumni connections
  • Collect, analyze, and report program assessment and accreditation data to support ongoing program improvements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance program visibility, reputation, and learning experiences
  • Other duties as assigned
