The Associate Director of Housing Operations and Community and Belonging provides leadership, strategic direction, and management for the university's housing operations, which encompass 18 residence halls and more than 2,150 beds. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the residential experience and cultivating an inclusive campus environment. The Associate Director coordinates with staff to manage Living Learning Community applications and placements, while also overseeing the daily operations of the Office of Residential Life and the Office of Community and Belonging. Key areas of responsibility include communication and marketing, student staff supervision, cultural center oversight, and serving as a liaison to campus partners. This is a 12-month, full-benefit position that includes a partially furnished apartment with utilities. The Associate Director participates in the Professional Staff On-Call rotation, which includes some evening, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.
