About The Position
The Associate Director of Educational Technology (ADET) provides leadership, guidance, and support for educational technology, instructional design, and the implementation, adoption, and utilization of the College's Learning Management System (LMS). The strategic focus of this position is to enable student success through the effective and efficient delivery of the curriculum via educational technology, including the LMS. The ADET manages operational oversight for all aspects of the Learning Management System, supporting the initial implementation and ongoing oversight of a new LMS for the College, while providing instructional design guidance and LMS training. This role emphasizes an interactive teaching and learning experience for both students and faculty, collaborating with various stakeholders across the College to ensure seamless operation of the LMS and to facilitate robust, engaging instructional resources.
