About The Position

In Ramsey Education, we're on a mission to empower educators and students through life-changing content through personal finance and financial literacy. We need an Associate Director of District Partnerships to help ensure that educators across the United States have the resources, relationships, and training that they need to successfully guide students in the life changing products that we provide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering with an emphasis in LMS systems/ product implementation experience
• Ability to see the long term vision for building strategic partnerships
• Passion for the education space
• Preferably have experience in the education industry
• Previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Coming alongside decision makers in school districts to show them the value in the products and services we offer (pre-sale)
• Earning wins with more districts, so we have the opportunity to serve more teachers and students
• Serving alongside the sales team in Ramsey Ed, acting as the liaison for assigned school districts to ensure alignment with district goals, initiatives, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the submission of bids, demo presentations, conference presentations, and other customer-facing meetings as needed
• Aligning both the different school district's and Ramsey Education's long term goals to ensure success for teachers and students
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and rollout of curriculum products and services
• Monitoring fidelity of implementation and providing strategic guidance to address adoption challenges that arise
• Facilitating regular check-ins with district leadership to ensure satisfaction and alignment
• Effectively leading the internal District Partnerships Team at Ramsey Ed, ensuring each team member has the clarity and accountability needed to succeed and grow
