The organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to be an integral part of the Development Team as it raises funds to support the College Mentors program. Successful candidates will be passionate about sharing the mission, vision, and values with existing and new supporters, developing relationships, and are comfortable soliciting donations to support the organization. Key fundraising responsibilities of the Associate Director of Development are community funding development, alumni engagement and stewardship, chapter donor progression, and event planning. This position reports to the CEO. The national office of College Mentors for Kids is located in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be hybrid, with a mix of in-person and remote work in Central Indiana. We will also consider candidates located in select College Mentors communities.
