About The Position

The Associate Director of Corporate Relations (ADCR) at United Way of Greater Atlanta plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate partnerships and driving revenue for the Child Well-Being Mission Fund. This full-time position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and individual donors, aiming to increase investments in UWGA programs and initiatives. The ADCR collaborates with various internal teams and external stakeholders to develop engagement strategies and ensure effective communication and problem-solving in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of experience in donor development, fundraising, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Superb written, presentation, persuasion, and listening skills.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Exceed yearly revenue and metric-driven goals.
• Work with a portfolio of corporations and internal stakeholders to create revenue growth strategies informed by targeted research.
• Strategically engage companies year-round through specific donor/corporate engagement strategies in partnership with other departments.
• Manage account portfolio focused on raising resources and exceeding goals, including planning workplace campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Solicit and secure corporate gifts in support of UWGA's Child Well-Being Mission Fund.
• Create a donor engagement strategy targeted at various donor categories.
• Maintain detailed and accurate information in CRM regarding corporate contacts and engagement practices.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Insight team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of account projections and campaign results.
• Promote collaboration and shared goals within the Office of Development and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Relations.
