We’re seeking an Associate Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to act as both a strategic idea generator and a brand builder who brings those ideas to life. This role blends brand marketing, product marketing, and integrated campaign leadership. You’ll own the marketing calendar, guiding product launches, brand campaigns, and channel activations across DTC, retail, social, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a bold, modern brand as it scales into its next stage of growth and transformation. This role will report to the Head of Jukebox. This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in New York City, NY, (NoMad area) with four day per week in the office. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $150,000 to $170,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or product marketing (CPG, beauty, or personal care strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive both brand awareness and revenue.
  • Track record of successfully leading product launches and retail activations.
  • Strong creative intuition paired with analytical rigor.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
  • Passionate about building brands that resonate with women and redefine categories.

Responsibilities

  • Support definition and evolution of Jukebox’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across packaging, retail displays, campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Develop and lead integrated campaigns across DTC, retail, social, and PR.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver measurable revenue and brand equity.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, from messaging to activation.
  • Translate product benefits into compelling consumer and shopper storytelling.
  • Own the annual marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to maximize consumer impact and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain customer personas and targeting strategies.
  • Develop engagement playbooks to grow loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value.
  • Define KPIs for brand awareness, equity, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor results and use insights to continuously refine and improve campaigns.
  • Provide immediate leadership and mentorship to the brand marketing team.
  • Build, manage, and scale the team’s capabilities over time to support long-term growth.
