  • Develop and drive Fitch's AV strategy in alignment with business objectives and technological advancements, and build out the global AV program and team
  • Serve as an Audio-Visual SME for Cisco AV including deployment, integration, and support (both at internal and externally hosted events)
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of Cisco AV systems in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and large-scale events.
  • Evaluate and recommend new AV technologies (including AI), tools, and best practices to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for AV equipment and services
  • Partner with facilities and other teams on large-scale building projects
  • Mentor and train colleagues on the use and support of AV technologies
  • Manage a small team of regional AV support engineers
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in AV technologies with a focus on Cisco solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading/managing technical teams
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Experience supporting VOIP Telephony services
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Collaboration), CTS, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based AV solutions and hybrid work technologies
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
  • Familiarity with AV platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Crestron, etc.)
  • Experience with Digital Signage technology platforms
  • Experience of people management and/or leading technical teams remotely
  • Hybrid Work Environment: 2 to 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location
