The Associate Director is responsible for coordinating the analytical testing requirements to support research and development projects primarily focused on oligonucleotides. The position is challenged from a technical perspective to determine the best approach to analytical problem solving. The position must plan for the most efficient utilization of resources (people and equipment). The position must strike the best balance in project scoping and delivery that meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
