About The Position

Requirements

• Master's Degree preferred or Bachelor's with significant relevant experience.
• Outstanding public speaking, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Slate (Technolutions) and the UNC System.
• Four to six years of experience in recruiting a highly qualified class.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Analytics & Systems on CRM maintenance and innovation.
• Support the Director of Admission and Financial Aid Analytics & Systems in enhancing the University's CRM.
• Steward prospective student data and facilitate training sessions on CRM usage.
• Create and distribute reports within the CRM to inform strategic enrollment decisions.
• Manage minimal territory responsibilities focusing on international and tertiary markets.
• Implement outreach initiatives to increase awareness of UNC Asheville among prospective students and partners.
