Position Summary: The Associate Director, Mezigdomide marketing will play a critical role in supporting the execution and assisting in the development of brand strategies to drive the success of Mezigdomide, a top priority asset for BMS in multiple myeloma. This role primarily focuses on launch execution, including personal and non-personal tactics, media planning, targeting and involvement in launch strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and launch experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Recommended 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product management, ideally in hematology, oncology, or rare disease.
  • Proven experience supporting successful brands, ideally within hematology or rare disease indications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to translate market insights into effective executional tactics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of hematology, oncology, or rare disease pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Experience executing digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen, budget management, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize Mezigdomide’s commercial success.
  • Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation tactics specifically for MM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution of tactics aligned to strategy.
  • Supports the implementation of the go-to-market strategy for Mezigdomide.
  • Execute HCP engagement, market education initiatives, and sales force readiness activities
  • Coordinate closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams on scientific communications and thought leader engagement.
  • Partner with market access teams to support reimbursement and payer strategies execution.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis to inform executional tactics.
  • Monitor and report on competitive threats within the MM treatment landscape.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize executional efforts.n: Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver targeted field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage external partners, including agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing programs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide execution-focused analysis and recommendations leadership.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for effective execution.
