About The Position

The Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Neuroscience at Lilly is responsible for providing scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the Northern New Jersey area. This role involves facilitating scientific exchange, supporting clinical development, and ensuring that leading researchers and practitioners receive accurate and up-to-date medical information. The MSL will engage with strategic experts and clinical experts to address clinical care gaps and improve patient outcomes, while also contributing to the strategic direction of Lilly's research and development efforts.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) required with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired.
  • Masters or bachelor's level degree in health sciences considered if 5+ years clinical, research, or industry experience in relevant therapeutic area.
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Neuroscience therapeutic experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced presentation and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health systems and medical education processes.
