About The Position

The Associate Director, MBA Career Development (CDO) at MIT Sloan Career Development Office will support career success for over 900 MBA students, more than 50 LGO students, and over 20 MSMS students in MIT Sloan's top-ranked programs. The role involves developing and delivering career education programming, advising students one-on-one, and collaborating with student clubs, alumni, employers, and faculty. Additionally, the Associate Director will work closely with the Director and Sr. Associate Director of Career Development to ensure high-impact career preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in career services, coaching, or corporate recruiting.
• Skilled in advising, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid presenter comfortable with in-person and virtual formats.
• Proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, impact-driven team player passionate about student success and career development.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (MBA or similar graduate degree).
• Minimum of three years' experience working in career services.
• Knowledge of post-MBA career paths (consulting, finance, tech, etc.).
