We're seeking an Associate Director to join our New York City office and help drive strategic recruitment, outreach, and marketing for our Master’s programs. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience; background in business development, marketing, or international education preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident speaking to diverse audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
Must be open to regional travel across the Northeast. (25-50%)
Master’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
Experience in multicultural environments or international education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-informed recruitment strategies for IE’s Master’s degree programs across North America.
Lead brand-building efforts through innovative marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
Plan and host high-impact events, including Master Classes, Open Days, and university fairs, etc. across key cities.
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with companies, alumni, and international organizations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across admissions, corporate relations, and marketing to align efforts and amplify impact.
