The Associate Director, Marketing Operations Review Management position leads a team of people leaders and individual contributors that manage the US Material Review Process (MRP) to ensure effective, efficient and compliant delivery of promotional and non-promotional communications, tools and programs to all stakeholders. The Marketing Operations team sets process standards, guidelines, and policies for the review process for U.S. Commercial Marketing and Sales Excellence team members, medical reviewers, regulatory reviewers and other key stakeholders to ensure the appropriate and timely review of all promotional and non-promotional materials. The Associate Director leads their teams in the planning and execution of the MRP for their therapeutic area, utilizing and documenting best practices, lessons learned, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The individual in this position must be solution-oriented and able to understand the nuance of the situation while seeing the bigger picture and aligning with the brand's goals and priorities. This person is technology and solution-focused, data-driven, and understands the inner workings of the brands' goals and how to most effectively leverage Marketing Operations various capabilities and their infrastructure to achieve them.
