Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Manufacturing Finance Innovation Hub by defining and focusing on opportunities, priorities, and action plans.
  • Develop and lead innovation governance with Manufacturing Finance leadership, ensuring alignment with global innovation roadmaps and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster an innovation culture and drive capability building across global Manufacturing Finance and US Import and Export Compliance teams.
  • Accelerate the implementation of global innovative solutions to standardize and streamline business processes reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
  • Represent Manufacturing Finance on the Finance Innovation Functional Champions Network to ensure alignment and appropriately focus resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously drive innovation.
