About The Position
The Associate Director, Major Gifts is an experienced frontline major gifts fundraiser and individual giving strategist responsible for developing and securing high five, six- and seven-figure gifts. This role involves leading and executing donor and prospecting strategies to compel major donors to invest in NJPAC's activities and mission. The Associate Director will grow the major gifts pipeline, manage a donor group known as the Vanguard at NJPAC, and develop strategies to solicit and upgrade major donor prospects while stewarding approximately $2.3 million in annual renewals. Collaboration with the Managing Director, Individual Giving, and senior leaders across the organization is essential. A cover letter submission is required for this position.
