This position requires local support, with approximately 4-5 days on-site support in Los Angeles, subject to client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, Business, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
  • Significant experience in the Luxury Living/ High End Residential Sector.
  • Previous experience in managing high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Construction management experience related to base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out and/or developer work.
  • Experience with site construction.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in essential software applications, including MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Nitro), and project management platforms such as Procore or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex, high-value luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion.
  • Directing the A team for architecturally significant one-of-a-kind projects.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams.
  • Act as primary client liaison, managing executive-level relationships.
  • Drive financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage risk, compliance, quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Shape project strategy, planning, procurement, and value engineering.
  • Review and approve key project documentation and contracts.
  • Lead negotiation and resolution of disputes and changes.
  • Champion team development and training.
  • Support business development and growth initiatives.
