The Associate Director of LillyDirect Communications, in partnership with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, will plan and develop communications strategies and tactics related to LillyDirect, a first-to-market, direct-to-consumer digital health care platform offering curated health care service options to people living with migraine, obesity, diabetes and sleep apnea. LillyDirect strives to serve people who are managing chronic diseases to help make each day a bit easier. LillyDirect also aims to simplify the often-complicated health care system to improve the patient experience, helping people access independent patient care and innovative prescribed medicines in a more curated way. A skilled communicator with attention to detail, the Associate Director of LillyDirect Communications will ensure that all communications related to the platform are clear, consistent and aligned with the company’s messaging. They will navigate a highly matrixed structure, collaborate with colleagues across many business units, and interact with leaders.
