Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Associate Director, Learning Design to lead the design and development of sales agent training programs in a high-performance, sales-driven organization. This role will oversee a team of Learning & Development Managers and Design Professionals responsible for designing and delivering engaging, scalable training for new sales agents, sales systems, Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, selling seasons, and customer-centric selling and service practices. As the Associate Director, you will partner closely with sales channel leaders, operations, compliance, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, translate business requirements into effective learning solutions, and ensure sales agents are equipped to perform confidently, compliantly, and consistently across the customer journey.
