The Innovative Health (IH) Organization has been created to drive meaningful impact to participant health and wellbeing by reinventing the clinical trial experience. The Innovative Health organization connects teams across development to novel capabilities and solutions, unleashing the potential of innovation to drive broader access to innovative medicines, and enriching the healthcare experience for all. The Innovative Health team is seeking a IH Project Launch Lead, to drive launch excellence and oversight across a portfolio of innovative health capabilities and solutions. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Launch Excellence, the Launch Success Lead will help set up the tools, templates and standard processes for a team responsible for enabling project launch across a portfolio of capabilities from ideation through scale, adoption and business value realization, effectively creating the engine for launch and adoption excellence that will enable speed, agility and consistency in delivery across the IH portfolio.
