About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to align technology solutions with business and enterprise goals. It involves leading the identification, prioritization, and delivery of projects that support growth and operational efficiency. The position manages application strategies across teams, drives process improvements, and provides strategic guidance in technology planning. It requires strong business engagement, proactive recommendations, and oversight of digital solutions and investments that enable business success.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree with specialized interests across Technology and/or End-To-End Value Chain concentrations (Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)
Experience: 10+ Technology experience; minimum 10 years of dedication, focus and experience with implementing, and leading very large organizations focused on Digital Transformations, Automation, and/or Analytics preferred.
Required Skills: Proven people leadership skills and demonstrated experience with building and developing people and teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and provide technology thought leadership, and act as a trusted advisor.
Highly collaborative relationship building skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
Must demonstrate a high sense of urgency to influence changes and drive complex, multifaceted outcomes from conception to delivery.
Technical Skills: Experience and demonstrated success leading and delivering large, global transformation programs enabled by technology; Global implementation experience in core technologies.
Proven experience in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, enterprise application integration standards, design, and integration technologies solutions and standards.
Competent in new technology evaluation, ability to support technical change management and provide thought leadership skills in integration technologies, tools, and services.
Business Skills: Solid understanding of supply chain processes End to End.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in using data and data science to drive quantitative analysis and break-through outcomes; Intense focus on business outcomes, demonstrating the ability to have material impacts on core business measures: e.g.: Inventory; Order Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy; Attainment; Fill Rate, Asset Utilization; Cost Optimization, etc.

Responsibilities

Act as the technology product owner and key business partner, helping define and deliver solutions that support the overall strategy and add business value.
Lead a team of analysts and developers responsible for developing technology solutions that align with corporate goals and support business growth.
Collaborate across Business and IT to ensure technology needs are clearly identified, communicated, planned, and budgeted.
Support strategic initiatives with strong data and analytics capabilities, including data science and integrated reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams to design enterprise solutions that meet business needs while optimizing long-term technology costs.
Oversee product teams that translate business requirements into solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and roadmaps.
Promote an Agile mindset and delivery culture, encouraging speed, flexibility, and continuous improvement across the function.
