The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. The Impact you will have in this role: The Technology Investment Strategy team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment and governance across all Technology Products and Services. Their mission is to ensure that the technology budget supports long-term organizational success by aligning investments with enterprise-wide strategic priorities. This is accomplished through close collaboration with IT leaders and stakeholders in CPS, FP&A, NIO, and HR. In 2025, the team is focused on key initiatives including revamping technology vendor management, enforcing operational accountability in workforce strategy, advancing service governance through enhanced reviews, launching SBA and IT portfolio governance for spend transparency, and expanding the services data repository to support strategic decision-making. Their core services include biannual service reviews, strategic vendor alignment via workforce strategy, regular workforce strategy updates to IT leadership, robust portfolio and SBA governance, and transparent services data aligned to business needs.
