About The Position
The Associate Director for Student Services is a key member of the ISSS leadership team, supervising and managing the four senior international student advisors, and serving as leader of the office in absence of the director including with emergency support. This position utilizes the Banner system and Sunapsis software to manage the immigration compliance of international student services that support a growing population of over 4000 F1 and J1 visa students. It is responsible for assigning advisor caseloads, coordinating responses to enrollment alerts, managing SEVIS terminations, and supervising incoming student processes and events. The Associate Director will coordinate onboarding of staff to key office software and resources, serve as lead on non-resident tax support and health plan inquiries, and be the point of contact for designated campus stakeholders on international student issues and questions.
