The Associate Director Training Strategy and Enablement in the Information Sciences (IS) department will lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluations of scalable and sustainable training programs that support the successful implementation and adoption of business systems across the organization. This role will serve as a training strategist, instructor/facilitator, and implementation partner, working with system owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), cross-functional learning partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure end users are prepared and empowered to use critical information systems in all stages of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle from R&D through commercialization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a strong understanding of training tools and technologies. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential to contextualize training within regulated, cross-functional environments as well as a keen understanding of how to embed learning experience effectively within a company’s culture. A strong understanding of GxP environments and associated training requirements is critical to ensure compliance and inspection readiness across all regulated systems and processes.
