As our Associate Director, Integrated Media, you will lead day-to-day client and internal contact/stewardship on media strategy and planning for assigned brands, demonstrating advanced strategic planning skills. You will own client meetings at a senior level, effectively communicating performance, strategy, and actionable insights. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses will be crucial to deliver against their evolving needs and objectives. You will collaborate closely with channel pillars, SOLs/PALs to develop and communicate advanced media recommendations and POVs. Excelling in cross-channel planning and buying, you will focus on driving innovation and maximizing ROI across omnichannel media campaigns. Building and nurturing collaborative client relationships at a senior level will be essential, instilling trust and authority on behalf of the agency. You will proactively update clients and internal teams on project status, industry trends, and strategic opportunities. Acting as a strategic consultant for clients beyond their immediate book of business, you will provide thought leadership and strategic direction. Additionally, you will oversee and direct a media team of integrated media managers and/or strategists to effectively and efficiently handle daily needs/workflow, acting as a liaison between internal investment to produce the best media outputs and activations.
