About The Position

You'll lead Audible's global organic social influencer strategy, crafting innovative episodic campaigns featuring social influencers and creators that resonate globally and drive organic social objectives around engagement, growth and interest in becoming an Audible listener. Your talent for identifying perfect influencers will bring our brand to life. You'll foster high quality collaboration with the Global Head of Social Media and cross-functional teams, aligning influencer efforts with thematic initiatives and other business priorities. Your expertise will optimize our influencer marketing, bringing clarity to teams and strengthen partnerships with other internal teams executing influencer campaigns, through your own influencer and leadership capabilities. You'll create an environment where creativity thrives and executional teams feel valued. By leveraging your skills in influencer selection and content creation, you'll shape how Audible connects with listeners through authentic voices, enhancing our brand presence and audience engagement and be seen as a trusted and respected expert amongst your colleagues.
