  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR metrics, analytics, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR analytics and reporting strategies aligned with university objectives.
  • Lead HR technology and data analytics support for key HR areas including staffing and performance management.
  • Manage and maintain HR personnel data and systems for accuracy and security.
  • Establish and maintain a Human Resources data governance framework.
  • Assist in preparing data for litigation and compliance hearings.
  • Develop and maintain HR services support programs and processes.
  • Monitor HRIS applications and manage project planning and implementation.
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned staff, including performance evaluations and professional development plans.
  • Design and implement business-focused policies and procedures in alignment with university strategies.
  • Facilitate and participate in large-scale organizational projects.
