We are seeking a GxP IT Support Manager to establish and lead a global support function responsible for ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure operations of GxP IT and OT systems across Moderna's worldwide facilities. This leader will define and implement processes, build team capabilities, and establish industry-standard IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to deliver consistent, high-quality support for systems operating in regulated environments. The manager will partner closely with Cybersecurity, Digital Core, Automation, CMC, and Quality teams to ensure that all support activities align with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and security controls. We are looking for a structured, collaborative, and transparent leader who brings clarity through process discipline and proactive communication. The ideal candidate is eager to strengthen and grow a developing function, creating stability and consistency through clear expectations and well-defined responsibilities. They will lead with confidence and fairness, working effectively across teams while holding firm on compliance, service standards, and operational boundaries.
