About The Position

The FP&A Associate Director will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis for a major oncology product and consolidating financial data for the oncology franchise. This position involves collaboration with the Global Oncology CBL Team to provide insights and analytics that support business decisions, contributing to the growth of the oncology business across various regions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all stakeholders.
  • High motivation and strong customer focus.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid knowledge of the company's financial tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration degree.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to the Global Disease Leads.
  • Support global planning for LROP, Aug FC, and Budget, including financial guidance and management presentations.
  • Ensure alignment with HH US, International, and Global CoE.
  • Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership.
  • Track sales variances and ensure proper DTP/DTV.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the marketing team, Tally, and Impairment.
  • Ensure alignment on closing activities and provide background information to support variances.
  • Collaborate with Forecasting CoE to develop a deep understanding of tumor details for both LROP and Budget.
