This is a strategic leadership role designed to shape IT solutions that span enterprise-level applications and business-specific capabilities across RTX’s three business units—Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, and Collins Aerospace—as well as Corporate Functions. This individual will lead the architecting of innovative, compliant business and digital architectures with a primary focus on HR Applications within the HR & Payroll functional domain. As a strategic technical leader, you will drive the vision for enterprise architecture, establish technology standards and roadmaps, and deliver actionable strategies to support RTX’s business goals and synergy targets. This individual is responsible for aligning IT solutions with business objectives, integrating emerging technologies, and guiding solutions architecture teams across the organization to deliver value-driven outcomes. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as you will collaborate closely with senior functional leaders, internal partners, and external vendors. A deep understanding of RTX's structure, business units, functional organizations, and global business services is essential for success in this strategic role.
