Purpose: Purpose As an Associate Director, FinTech & Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Treasury Management Officer (TMO), you will play a pivotal role in assisting with business development, sales, and relationship management. Your primary focus will be on expanding and deepening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions that align with client needs. You will help to actively prospect and acquire new clients within the FinTech and PSP industry, develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets, and identify cross-selling opportunities to promote Scotiabank’s full suite of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) products and services. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding their business objectives and financial needs. You will collaborate with Corporate & Investment Bankers (CIBs) to offer comprehensive financial solutions and leverage your industry expertise to introduce clients to strategic partners. Additionally, you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures, while driving business growth and achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $40 million.
