About The Position
The Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will provide the business and finance leadership teams with financial reporting and guidance around budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support sound business decisions. This role will focus on building strong cross-functional relationships with the Commercial and R&D Development team, support and guide the business through budget decisions and optimize processes to scale with the company's growth. This role will report to the Director, FP&A and have regular interactions with members of the executive team. This is a hybrid role typically requiring on-site presence at least 3 days per week.
