About The Position

The position is within the Enrollment Management division, specifically in the Office of Financial Aid. The basic function of this role is to advise and counsel students, parents, and other interested parties regarding financial aid programs. The role involves verifying student files in accordance with federal and institutional requirements, processing financial aid appeals, and managing projects related to financial aid programs. The position also includes conducting financial aid and financial literacy presentations both on and off campus, and participating in the growth and development of the department. The role may require working nights and weekends during peak enrollment seasons and for events hosted by campus partners. Additionally, there is exposure to highly confidential information.
