About The Position

The Associate Director, Field Operations Speaker Programs is a strategic leadership role at AbbVie, responsible for partnering with Marketing Director level stakeholders to design and implement Peer-to-Peer (P2P) education initiatives. This position provides thought leadership and strategic direction for innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of AbbVie's US Field and Sales Teams. The role involves influencing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and support the execution of field programs, while also leading a team of managers to drive best-in-class P2P education.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of analytical and/or commercial operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to implement solutions.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and communication.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data and therapeutic areas.
• Experience with advanced statistical skills such as regression and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Co-create strategy and objectives for Speaker Programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise vision.
• Drive multiple complex projects, balancing short-term and long-term objectives while managing budgets and timelines.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize Speaker Program Operations and stay current on industry trends.
• Lead a team to work with cross-functional peers, sharing best practices and insights.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to address strategic and tactical issues, and provide competitive intelligence.
• Manage vendor partnerships and ensure effective project execution.
