About The Position

The Associate Director, Field Operations Speaker Programs at AbbVie is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing Peer-to-Peer (P2P) education initiatives. This position collaborates with Marketing Directors to design and implement innovative solutions that support the US Field and Sales Teams. Requirements

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of analytical or commercial operations experience.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Experience with leadership in solving problems and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of PC programs including Excel, SPSS Modeler, SAS, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills including regression, clustering, and machine learning.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-create strategy and objectives for Speaker Programs.
• Drive multiple complex projects while managing budgets and timelines.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize Speaker Program Operations.

• Lead a team of Managers, ensuring project execution and communication clarity.
• Manage vendor partnerships and budget effectively.
• Implement new technologies and innovations in program management.
