Main Objective: In this position, you'll play a crucial role in our business development team. This role serves as a strategic feasibility leader, ensuring DelRicht prioritizes and secures the right studies at the right time. You will act as a central decision-maker and cross-functional partner, aligning Business Development, Site Operations, and Recruitment to maximize study success and enrollment outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; ideally in a scientific discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with 3 being in or related to the healthcare research sector.
- Technology savvy; familiarity with Mac and Google platforms is essential.
- Ability to perform analysis on clinical protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end feasibility response strategy and execution
- Leverage historical enrollment data and site performance insights to strengthen submissions
- Build relationships with sponsors and CRO feasibility teams
- Coordinate protocol recommendations to appropriate sites and providers
- Analyze potential study opportunities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DelRicht's services and capabilities.
- Record and organize customer interactions and opportunities in our opportunity management system
- Assist in developing client engagement strategies and contribute to client presentations.
