About The Position
The Associate Director of Engineering Services manages all aspects of Engineering Services, including coordination of engineering activities, continuous improvement, determining staffing requirements, mentoring employees, and evaluating operational effectiveness. The incumbent exercises independent judgment and professional managerial knowledge in performing facility management activities. Supervision is exercised over a variety of Jackson employees and contract employees engaged in various aspects of facility operation and maintenance of Jackson Health System's properties.
