About The Position
ModernaTX, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, E2E Supply Chain Product Planner for its Norwood, Massachusetts location. In this role, you will develop and maintain the E2E (end-to-end) Product Supply Strategy for assigned products, including inventory, sourcing strategies, logistics, and business continuity. You will support strategic decisions across functional and business units regarding demand and supply balancing, inventory management, long-range planning, and the implementation of lifecycle changes into the supply chain through S&OP (Sales & Operations) and S&OE (Sales & Operations Executions) forums. Your responsibilities will include balancing product supply volumes versus customer demand, performing inventory management, leading scenario planning activities, and ensuring supply planning considers minimum shelf-life requirements. You will also contribute to monthly reviews of Key Performance Indicators and participate in key enterprise projects such as ERP implementation.
