The Associate Director/Director of Stewardship supports Baylor University’s donor stewardship strategy by implementing and advancing meaningful recognition, engagement, and stewardship efforts for major and principal gift donors. Reporting to the Managing Director of Stewardship, this role collaborates closely with Development Officers, Advancement leadership, and campus partners to execute customized stewardship plans, ensure adherence to best practices and processes, and contribute to a cohesive, donor-centered giving experience. The position serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner throughout the stewardship phase of the donor cycle. A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience are required. Five years of relevant experience is preferred. Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
